Champagne & Caviar

Absolutely nothing pairs better with caviar than champagne. A bite of caviar followed by a sip of champagne and a few seconds of intermingling often result in an unmatched flavor burst.

The evening consists of a champagne mingle session, followed by a brief history lesson on caviar. Guests then enjoy guided caviar food pairings cooked fresh and onsite by Chef Khari Bell.  At the end of the evening, guests leave with a vast knowledge of the delicacies, full bellies, and maybe a tin of caviar or two!
